Sweetdrop

Sizes200g, Kg, 3Kg Bag, 4kg container [Edinburgh Only], 7kg container [Edinburgh only]

Sweetdrop is a blend we return to time and again when we’re looking for something dependable—coffee that shows up well in milk, delivers comfort over complexity, and remains consistent without being boring.

Built around bold notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and subtle dried fruits, it’s a full-bodied, smooth cup that feels familiar in the best way. It’s designed for drinkability—low in acidity, high in warmth—and ideal for cafes or spaces that value reliability without compromise.

The components of Sweetdrop may shift throughout the year depending on harvests, but the profile remains stable. We work closely with producers and import partners to ensure we’re sourcing coffees that match the blend’s signature flavour, while allowing us to stay fresh and seasonal.

Currently in the Cup:

Varietals: Red Catuai / Yellow Bourbon

Process: Natural

Altitude: 1,375 masl

Resting: We recommend resting this coffee for at least 10 days after roast, but do what works for you.

This current version of Sweetdrop is a combination of coffees from:

Daniel Magalhães e Familia – Sítio Esperança, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Nestled in the South of Minas, Sítio Esperança is known for its clear waters and exceptional coffees. Run by Daniel Magalhães dos Santos and Carolina Aparecida da Silva Santos, the farm sits at 1,130m above sea level and is deeply rooted in community and family legacy. Despite challenges, they continue to produce expressive and clean coffees in the São Geraldo region.

Navarro Ceciliano Family – Coffee Nace S.A. Micromill, Tarrazú, Costa Rica
With over a century of experience in coffee farming, the Navarro Ceciliano family brings deep generational knowledge to their micromill and surrounding farms. Located between 1,350 and 1,900 meters above sea level, their coffees benefit from diverse microclimates in one of Costa Rica’s most renowned growing regions.

Both components are naturally processed, where the whole cherry is dried in the sun over several weeks. This traditional method adds depth and sweetness—resulting in a cup that’s comforting, chocolatey, and incredibly versatile.
