What days do you roast?
We roast on Mondays& Thursdays.
We request orders by 8am on the roast days listed above. Missing this deadline will result in your order being fulfilled on the next available roast day.
How quick will my order arrive?
We aim to post your orders as quick as we can, with orders being shipped at least every Monday and Thursday on a 24-hour service using Parcelforce. We currently have no minimum order quantity for our wholesale customers, however orders over £500 in the UK will qualify for free shipping. Anything below this threshold will be charged at £10(+VAT depending on wether there are VAT applicable charges on your order).
When will you deliver in Edinburgh?
We aim to deliver locally on Wednesday's. It is helpful to ensure orders are placed before 8am on Monday's to ensure this.
We currently offer 7-days credit terms from placing your order, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed with you specifically. You may receive two invoices, one after ordering though Orderspace (our Wholesale Portal) which will act as a Pro Forma. This will be followed up by an invoice through our Xero Accounting Software. This may take a few days to appear on our next bookkeeping cycle. If you notice anything that doesn't seem correct on your invoices then please do reach out to us and we'll be happy to help! We are currently working towards opening up shipping outwith the UK. Feel free to reach out to us to hear more about this.
