We're delighted to offer this coffee as both a single origin and a new addition to our Guilty Pleasure blend. Thanks to our strong partnership with Langdon Coffee Merchants, sourcing this coffee was a six-month journey that we can now celebrate. We couldn't be happier to have it in our hands, and for you all to try this delicious Honduran coffee.

Honduras is an ideal region for cultivating coffee. Boasting a similar climate to its neighbors Guatemala, Nicaragua, and El Salvador, Honduras has become Central America's top producer in the last two decades. Thanks to government support of resources and infrastructure, Honduran farmers are now working to refine coffee quality, unlocking potential from small, rural areas.

This Ilama variety comes from a group of small-scale farms that reside the mountain forests of Santa Barbara. The area plays host to the only existing lake in Honduras, Yojoa, which attracts a vibrant congregation of native wildlife and diverse vegetation. Stable weather conditions produce coffee with a consistent cup profile year after year.

At the roastery, we found notes of white sugar, strawberry, butterscotch, toffee, making it a creamy, well rounded coffee on espresso, tasting especially sweet with milk.
